The Club World Cup has pitted teams from all over the world against each other and has proven to be an entertaining competition thus far.

Standout games include Botafogo stunning UEFA Champions League winners PSG 1-0 in the second round of games, while Saudi side Al Hilal held 15-time Champions League winners Real Madrid to a 1-1 draw.

Palmeiras, Inter Miami, Botafogo, and PSG secured their spots in the last 16 following the conclusion of games for Groups A and B, while Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Juventus, and Flamengo secured their spots in the next round after the second group game.

Eight teams from the remaining six groups still stand a chance to qualify, including Mamelodi Sundowns and Esperance De Tunis, but many teams have already been eliminated from the tournament.

Among them is Jose Riveiro's Al Ahly, who were eliminated after a 4-4 draw against FC Porto, which was also eliminated from the competition.

Despite inspired performances from Thembinkosi Lorch, Wydad AC was eliminated after two games, while Atletico Madrid failed to make the next round after 6 points from 3 games, losing out on goal difference.
